4th North American Symposium on Chemical Reaction Engineering
Keynote & Oral Presentations
NASCRE 4 has four parallel session tracks and each session track will be moderated by two Session Chairs. Each track consists of a series of 25-minute Oral presentations and some tracks include a 50-minute Keynote presentation. Speakers with a 25-minute slot should plan to speak for 20 minutes, and Keynote speakers should plan to speak for 45 minutes, with the remaining time to be used for questions and the transition time including speaker introductions by the Session Chair.
Due to the tight presentation schedule, you will need to bring your presentation on a USB flash drive to the meeting room at least 15 minutes in advance of the START of the session.
We will have student assistants in each room to assist you in transferring your presentation to the presentation laptop. They will be available to answer your questions and help you with any issues.
We will also have a remote slide advancer with laser pointer for your use.
If you have any conference questions please contact the NASCRE 4 Conference Manager, Robin Craven (email@example.com).
Poster Presentations (Contributed Papers)
NASCRE 4 will have 2 poster sessions. Both will be located in Woodway I & II on the 4th Level.
ALL poster presentations will be scheduled for both days, so you will have a 3-hour window over 2 days in which to present your research.
During the poster sessions, light refreshments and a beer and wine bar will also be available.
The poster boards will be double sided. Each poster presentation will have ONE HALF of ONE SIDE of a panel.
Your individual poster area will be: width = 47 in (119 cm) and height = 46 in (117 cm). The poster boards will be on stands.
A visual representation of what the poster boards will look like can be found at this website: http://reflexeventservices.com/posterboards.php# (right photo).
You will be able to put up your posters after the Monday morning parallel session just before lunch. The posters must be taken down IMMEDIATELY after the Tuesday evening poster session concludes. Posters left on the boards will be taken down and not returned.
Tables, chairs, internet and electrical hookup will NOT be provided.
If you have any conference questions please contact the NASCRE 4 Symposium Manager, Robin Craven (firstname.lastname@example.org).
