The NASCRE 4 conference fee includes the opening reception, refreshments during breaks and poster sessions, and the conference banquet. Graduate students and postdocs have the option of opting out of the conference banquet.

Early Registration (on or before February 1, 2019)

• Regular (includes conference banquet): $550
• Student/Postdoc (with banquet): $450
• Student/Postdoc (without banquet): $350

Standard Registration (after February 1, 2019)

• Regular (includes conference banquet): $650
• Student/Postdoc (with banquet): $500
• Student/Postdoc (without banquet): $400

Workshop Registration

• Laboratory Reactors: $50
• Simulation of Catalytic Reactors: $50
• Women in Engineering: Free

Welcome Reception

The conference will have a welcome reception on Sunday, March 10 after the workshops, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. All conference attendees and pre-paid guests are invited.

Workshops

Both reactor workshops will be held on Sunday March 10 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The fee covers workshop materials and refreshment break. Seating is limited to 50 people for each workshop, on a first-come, first-served basis.

New to NASCRE is the very first workshop focusing on Women in Engineering. It is open to everyone. This is a no cost workshop and will be immediately following the reactor workshops from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. You will be asked to let us know if you are planning on attending this workshop on the registration form.

NASCRE 4 Banquet

The conference banquet will be on the evening of Tuesday, March 12 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a pre-banquet reception to start. Conference attendees paying the standard registration have the banquet included in the fee.

Graduate students and post-docs who do not wish to attend the banquet can do so by selecting “Student and Post Doc Registration without Banquet” at the beginning of the registration process.

The evening will include presentation of the poster awards for the poster sessions as well as presentation of the 2019 Neal R. Amundson Award with remarks by the recipient.

Guest Reception and Banquet Fees

Guests may attend the welcome reception and banquet for an additional fee. Guests must sign up in advance and cannot purchase tickets on site.

The guest fees are:

• Welcome Reception on Sunday, March 10: $50
• Conference Banquet on Tuesday, March 12: $95

Please note that the Welcome Reception and Banquet for STANDARD registrations are INCLUDED in your registration fee. The above fees are for guests only. Refunds for erroneously buying tickets for the conference registrant will not be given.
