Conference Hotel

ISCRE 24 will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, located in the heart of downtown.

The room block is now open for reservations. The symposium room rates are as follows:

• $179 for single and double occupancy
• $204 for triple occupancy
• $229 for quadruple occupancy

This is the cut-off date for our room block is Friday, May 20^th and we cannot guarantee the Hyatt will be able to honor the symposium rate after this date. So we urge you to make your reservations early.

If you require additional days (outside the room block), you cannot use the online system. Please call the Hyatt Regency at 888-421-1442.

The cut-off date for the symposium rates is Friday, May 20 at midnight (Central Time). After that date, symposium rates are available ONLY on a space available basis.

These rates are available from Sunday, June 12 to Tuesday, June 15. The hotel will extend the symposium rates for 3 days prior and post symposium if space is available.

• Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
• Check-out Time: 12:00 pm
• Taxes & Fees: 13.4% per room/night

Cancellations within 72 hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged and/or forfeit the first night's room and tax. A charge of first night's room and tax will be applied if you do not cancel or do not arrive (no-show). Early departures are subject to penalty fees set by the hotel.
